I didn't really see anything in the reviews for them, and didn't really know where to post this so here goes...
I am up for new brakes on my 03 R6. What kinds/brands are good? I don't do any stunting, but I do occasionally get some really good speeds out of it, nothing often enough that I would need racer (hit the brakes do a stoppie) brakes.
I am about to put on a set of Pilot Power (tires), and figure I should get the brakes done too while I'm in there.
I consider myself an experienced rider, but by no means an insane one.
Can anyone recommend a good brand/model, for my type of riding?
Thanks in advance!

By what you've said, the standards should be more than adequate.
If anything, you may want to consider changing the brake pads - Go for EBC or whatever your local dealer can recommend....

Don't give up.

Oops, I meant to put brake pads.
When I inquired with a few friends out here, they referred me to www.braketech.com but that seemed a bit much, says they are awesome for stunting. Thanks for the information! If anyone else has any input I’m all ears.

I have also done this on some of my Harley's, make a difference alright.barmy_carmy wrote:To increase our braking power, Dave put sintered brake pads and put braided hoses on his FZX 750. This increased the bikes braking power quite a lot, we had to do this because of derestriction and the increase of bph.
