Ok, I am having a problem with my wiring. The bike was fine 2 weeks ago when I parked it....I go out today.....nothing. The battery is good and when I turn the bike on, nothing happens. If I hook up a power source to the positive and negative terminals on the fuse box (I think it bypasses the battery), I get power. But if I try to start the bike, I might turn over slow for a second....but then I usually hear clicking. So I am assuming that my problem is between the battery and the fuse box. Any ideas?

Put a meter on the battery and get a real-world reading. One at the battery by itself with nothing on, and one with the key on and trying to turn the starter motor. A good battery will read 12+ volts at rest and not drop more than a volt or 2 when trying to start.
If that's good, you have a loose or corroded connection between the battery and starter motor. Clean and check all the connections until you find the problem.
