Tourmaster Intake 2 Jacket
My local shop ordered one of these jackets in a tall size for me. They looked good on paper and in the store. Anyone have any experience with this jacket?
Why must my knees hit the handlebars?
I like mine.
I've only been riding a few weeks but have ridden in some 45F weather in the mornings. With all of the liners in I wasn't cold. Plenty of pockets for your stuff. With the weather warming up I've gone to the windbreaker in the morning underneath the outer shell.

I have an Intake. It was 94 degrees with 80% humidity here today and I needed to ride my bike 15 miles on backroads to meet someone for lunch. When I arrived and took off my full-faced helmet in the parking lot, the first thing the other person said was "I can't believe you're not sweating wearing that jacket!"
Once she took a closer look at the mesh fabric she was even more amazed. By the time I took off the Intake, she had started sweating and I was still as cool as a cucumber.
This is an amazing jacket. I've worn it on sub-50 degree cold evenings without a chill, in downpours without even getting damp and on days as hot or hotter than this without breaking into a sweat. It's beautifully constructed and, aside from a TourMaster one-piece rainsuit that I bought in 1984, is the best piece of gear I own.

thanks
Thanks for the input. Got it just in time for this high 90s heat wave. I must say it handled the weather better than I thought it would. I like the jacket but I think now I wish I had got it in the Silver
