Billy Hunt the third

Welcome to another inductee into the Ceemes Billy Hunt Of The Week Award.

Today's winner is Mr. Safety, a close relative of our previous wiener, errr I mean winner Mr. Cool and sadly, another rider. So far that makes one cager for two riders to win the Ceemes Billy Hunt Of The Week Award.

Mr. Safety is very easy to spot, he rides a beauty and shiny late model Honda CM400 and is resplendent in his gear, yes he wear a full face helmet, full riding pants, jacket, gloves and boots and for that added bit of splash, colour and safety, a bright full sized high vis reflective safety vest.

Yes, Mr. Safety is all about being visible and safety. It is really a pity that his concern for safety only extends to his own personal well-being and not to the general public at large.

For Mr. Safety like Mr. Cool feels it is safer to ride down the sidewalk next to my office on Steveston Highway in Richmond then to do battle with the traffic congestion trying to feed onto Highway 99 South. And perhaps he is correct, after all the odds of a cage cutting him off while he is on the sidewalk are next to nil. However, I am sure that those walking down said sidewalk would beg to differ, especially those he forced off the walkway and onto the grass.

Mr. Safety, you are not all that safe at all. In fact you are a flippin' tool who greatly contributes to the negative image your fellow riders have to endure. And that is why you are my "Billy Hunt" of the week. Next time I spot you pulling that stunt, I will be sure to catch you plate number and report you to the local Queen's Cowboys.

At first I thought you were talking about me,,, until you got to the safety vest. :D
Hard to believe some one would ride on the sidewalk. But I gues that's where he feels the safest.
Take care.

There seems to be a lot of Hunts out on the coast!
I always follow the rules.
The only exception to the rule occurs when I make an exception to the rule not to make an exception to the rule and that only occurs under exceptional circumstances.
