I am 17 this year, turning 18 this coming September. In Singapore, we havta' wait til we're 18 before we can take our licence, so here I am, feeling extremely enthusiastic about it.
It seems that some countries has totally different system then us. For us taking a bike licence, we will start with the "2b" licence. A "2b" licence allows you to take any bikes that falls under 200cc (Honda NSR 125, KTM 125 .. you get the idea) Then, after a year, we are allowed to take a "2A" licence. A 2A licence grands you access to bikes under 600cc. Lastly, after getting a 2A, one can go for the "class 2 licence". The class 2 licence allows you to get ANY BIKE under the Sun, so it's basically the ultimate bike licence here in Singapore.
I hope I get my licence fast! Hoping to ride a Honda XR200 or an Aprillia RS125. Peace!
