Got my first bike!!
Looked at a few bikes from some private sellers and sat on some at a used motorcycle dealer. Ended up getting a *used* Kawasaki Vulcan 500 with 360 miles on it. Practically new. I was originally looking to get the Suzuki S50, but the seat was way too narrow and not very comfy. The Vulcan sold me on how comfortable it was. Power is decent too. Anybody else have one of these?

Congrats on your first bike. I bought mine new which is the only regret I have. They depreciate fast and like other bikes of that size, some add on's can be difficult to impossible to get.
Take wet or unfamilar intersections slow until you get use to the tires and how the take the turns. It doesn't take much to start a slide with your front or rear wheels.
