New bike days

Two new additions to my stable. I had the 06 Daytona (on the right), and love my little canyon carver. He'll be my "I'm feeling frisky" bike for both street and track.

But I decided I needed a commuter, so I picked up the 09 Sprint (in the middle) last night; he's only got 4 miles on 'im, but that'll change.

And, while the 'tona is muchas fun at the track, I love him way too much to really ride all-out - and just don't have the skill to do him justice - so I picked up the 99 SV650 (left) as my Valentine's Day present to myself.

I see how it is! You can get yourself a new Sprint and a track bike but can't so much as pick up lunch at Pedro's before I left!

Congrats! Nice bikes! Who owned that SV? It looks really familiar for some reason...

I didn't even know you had left town!! Aaawww...

Well, I guess I'll just have to ride the Sprint on up to Colorado, now won't I?

The SV belonged to a guy in Gilbert; he used to ride it on the track in CA, but it has been sitting in his garage for 2 years since moving to AZ. Decided to sell it, so I picked it, an extra set of wheels (you can see them on the top shelf in the last picture, up and to the right of my leathers), and a GPR steering damper up off of him for $2300.
