Went for my frist ride on the buell today for this year( only 50 miles) to cold out still. It's funny how a good motorcyle that fits you so well can make you feel. After only a few miles I was taking turns faster then I would have with the BMW I had sfter 50 miles, I guess it is because of the weight or may better tires. But it felt so good. When I had the BMW i thought I forgot how to ride, had trouble making slow speed turn,But not with the Buell. I have to say you have to find that one motorcycle that's fits you and not all motorcycles are good for everyone . For anyone who is going to buy a new bike ride the ones you want and then pick the one you are going to get, I didn't do this with the BMW and I got something I didn't like(R1100RT) . I did have old bmw's I did like. This is just what I think and you have to do what you going to do, there are so many good bikes out there.

I would.ve liked to go for a ride today but TOO MUCH SAND. And to much chrome to clean. I have a 2000 VT1100 Honda Shadow and this Bike fits me like a glove. To Old for s croach rocket, to young for a Gold Wing.

You are never to old, I am 48 and just wanted something fun. I had a honda shadow it was a good bike mine was a 1985 1100. But this bike I have now is the best I ever had, 3rd new one. I thought I never would find a bike that was better then the 1976 kh 250 I had.
