Hey!!! Where's Yamaha on that poll? Interesting poll, but I think I'm going to wait to vote since there are still a few models missing. I'm especially curious about the yamaha sportbikes as the R series are my favorite. There are some really nice looking bikes on that list though.

 Ops! Fixed, Yamaha has been added to the poll.

:woohoo:

Good idea waiting to vote as all the manufacturers have not yet released all their models just yet. That could take a few months though... haha

Usually the sportbike information is the very last to be released and generally the release goes like this:

Dual Sport/MotorCross/Off-Road/Scooters first. Then cruisers, standards/naked and minor sportbikes. Lastly the major sportbikes. But it can depend greatly as well on the manufacturer. For example, we just posted the last of the 2005 Moto Guzzi and Hyosung models today.

I know I'm looking forward to seeing the new 2006 streetbikes too. :D

As we do with all the new models we post them within 24 hours of their release.

:woohoo:

Cor aint that VMAX Awesome :P What I cant understand is why dont they re-introduce the baby brother of VMax, the FZX 750, its lighter than the VMax and still has awesome power, if you see FZX's around they are usually 20yrs old, We have the 1997 version. But it's not often you see one. The FZX is a good all rounder, good for touring, handles lovely on bends, good for speed and good on the take off, ie. 0 - 100mph in 2nd gear in just a few seconds  The FZX 750 is definately an under-rated bike.

It's a Fazer 1000 for 2006, does look different to the pic you've got. Can you log on to Motorcycle news UK? You will be able to see it then. Yes it does have upgraded R1 engine and has 150bph. I cant scan picture and write up of the new Fazer, cause our MCN has already been passed onto our son and friends.
