there IRC ,,front 130/90-16, rear 170/80-15 i know nothing about bike tires are IRC a decent brand our should i get another brand??? the bike is a cruiser i do alot of city driving and plan on doing some highway trips also ,, we plan on going to a bike rally soon and i dont want to ride 270 miles on cracked tires

You might try finding a Volusia forum and asking there. Folks always develop a preferred tire for a particular bike. Owners can give good pros and cons for various tires.

That said. There is generally a VERY slight difference in handling from one brand/style to another and cruisers are less picky than sportbikes about which tires are "best."

The Dunlop 404's are good cruiser tires. I got 20,000 miles on the first pair.

They didn't charge you for 5 hours of labor, did they? I think 1 hr is about par for tire change (including removal, etc).

I was recently in Roswell and had an oil change done on my bike as I rolled through town. The folks at Motion Performance pulled a bike off the rack that was waiting on parts and did the change while I waited. Great service to a biker on the road...

If you go there, tell them you got recommended by that BC guy with the blue Venture that rolled through in Aug... If he doesn't remember me, then he'll remember the money for beers for the crew....
