help me please!!!

ok so im working on my friends 88 volcan 1500 and need some help when i release the clutch the bike dies on me but it does not die right away it stalls out dont know what is going on when i got the bike i road it to my place and it ran fine but the clutch did not engage till the lever was all the way out so i blead the clutch and replaced a seal the clutch feels a lot stiffer now that i have done that but now every time the clutch starts to engage it just stalls out no matter how much gas i give it

Sounds like the tranny is seized to me. Can you put it in all of the gears when the bike is turned off? Also is the final drive seized? Does the bike roll in neutral?

yes the bike rolls in N and i have it on a lift right now with the rear wheel off the ground when i put it in gear it the rear wheel spins but when i start to let the cultch out it stalls i got it to go about 5-10 feet and then it just stalled on me as well and yes goes through all the gears o and not sure if the final drive is seized how would i check that?
