does anyone know how to remove the seat on the above bike all replies would be gratefull

IIRC you remove the side covers (they just pop off) then there should be a 10mm bolt on each side to remove, then they come off. Most smaller bikes are that way, and I'm pretty sure the BN125 follows suit.
