I want a signature... help

Where can I host an image to use as a sig pic. I tried We-Todd but I got a his site is not supported message, also the tags they put on it obscured it quite a bit givin it's overall size.

any help would be appreciated

also are there any guidelines constraining size and weight(file size)?
