Wild instinct.

Comfortable ergonomics with power to spare - our best performing sportbike is also available in naked trim. The GT650 is nearly identical to the GT650R but with minimal bodywork and a less aggressive riding position. The GT650 naked is all about serious performance AND serious comfort. It all starts with a rigid chassis, adjustable upside down forks and rear shock that gives precise handling and feedback. The 650cc 90-degree DOHC 8-valve fuel-injected V-twin engine delivers peak power and a broad usable power band. A new headlight and black exhaust add to the aggressive sport bike styling while European-style upright bars and standard seating position make the GT650 a do-it-all motorcycle.

V type V-Twin engine

Intake efficiency was maximized by installing 647 cc 90 degree water-cooled V-Twin, DOHC 8 valve enabling pleasant driving


Large size radiator

Kept the stability by maximizing cooling effect in high speed and improved performance and durability of engine greatly.


Semi-truss Semi-backbone frames (hardness backbone frame)

Selected the frame of high-strength elliptic pipe and plate, secured hardness and revealed low-frequency avoiding resonance area with engine.

Ouch. My first FAIL in a long, long time...

This bike looks like a shoddy replica of the SV650 (which I don't particularly like the look of either). Plus, I sat on this at the bike shows and found that the seat is horribly uncomfortable! All you have to do is sit on it for more than 51 seconds and you feel the bum burn. Not a good thing!

They still make these things? I don't think that they even import them here anymore.

Its a good bike but it is realy just a cheap Suzuki SV.

I voted fail. That being said, a South Korean bike is still superior to a Chinese bike by a margin the size of the Grand Canyon. If a Chinese bike was ever to make the Wall, the scale could not possibly go low enough.

Might sound odd, but I went cool. Not really my style of bike and for my money, a V4 will always trump a V-twin, but I have to give them their dues, as a manufacturer they have come a long way and its good to see some serious competition coming out of Asia. As for Chinese bikes, yup today they are craap, but give them a few years. What they have done with their auto industry in the past five years is amazing, still no where as good as Euro or Japanese builders, but getting there, I am sure their bike builders will follow suit.

I went cool as well...I was kind of on the fence, but I like the looks and the style of the bike...but the comfort is an issue...the seat was mentioned, but the peg to butt distance is too close as well...but the power is good and they sound decent...it's kind of a blend of the naked SV650 and the newer Gladius (and the V twin is based on the Suzuki mill, since Hyosung makes some bikes for Suzuki in Korea)

I do like it, it just wouldn't work for me...
