Motorcycle Riding Guide mobile app

#1 Unread post by stapi »

Hello All,

My name is Mike and I've been riding motorbikes for over 5 years now (the proper ones at least). Currently it's my beloved '06 R1. We are also working on a small mobile app startup with my mates, and as we are all riding bikes we thought that we would like to make something for bikers - a motorcycle riding tips/guides (at least for a start). We have just released a free beta version on Android (Apple is a bit picky when it comes to apps that are not finished so no iPhone version yet). For now it contains some basic riding tips and guides but we have some advanced content ready to be added, based on a very helpful book 'A Twist of the Wrist' and our own experiences, but we would love to get some feedback before we dive deeper into this idea. The app can be downloaded from Google Play: [LINK REMOVED BY ADMIN], please let me know if anyone would be willing to help us out and provide some feedback/suggestions.

Thanks, Mike

Hey Eric,
Thanks a lot, didn't mean to break the rules. Question is still valid even without the example.
Thanks, Mike

I would agree with you, I think one of the really fun parts of riding is not getting from A to B via the quickest and/or shortest route; if it was, I'd just fly or take the car. It is all about the exploring, going off the beaten path, finding that special spot. And those rare and special spots you won't find on any map, GPS or app.
