New to bikes, new to the forum! HELLO!

#1 Unread post by JenM »

Hi!
I'm Jen, from Indiana, and I just got my first bike, and am loving it!
Got a '86 Honda Nighthawk 450, a great starter bike. Up until 3 weeks ago I had never been on a bike in my life, but since July 10, I've ridden about 100 miles on it, have taken the basic riding course, and am going tomorrow to get my license. Yeah, I've been riding illegally for three weeks  OH well!

Here I am with my new toy! It's in really good shape, and I'm hoping next spring, when I'm more experienced, to get a newer cruiser. I'm looking forward to reading and learning from this forum.

Welcome Jen,

I have always liked the Nighthawk 450's, they have good looks ahead of their time, enjoy the bike.

I just love those old Hondas. They really had something. Ride safe.
