New for 2014.

Interesting and dramatic photo, looks like the rider is scaling a near vertical rock face....that is until you notice the trees and shrubs in the back ground are some 22.5 degrees off centre to the right......then you realize, he is basically riding over a flat surface.....

Apart from that, not much to say about the bike. Afraid dirt bikes don't do anything for me, and since we still haven't gotten our oft called for "meh" option, I guess I will pass on voting on this one.

That said, any two smoke is awesome IMO.

I went with awesome. My roots are the dirt and as KTM has purchased Husqvarna we may be looking at the last of the Husers that aside it is a wonderful piece of engineering. I also gotta say +1 to Hyper's statement 2 smokers are AWESOME!!!!!!

The same bike seems to be sold as either a Husaberg or a Husqvarna. I guess it depends which logo you'd prefer on the side of the tank..

I noticed this too, and although it's not uncommon for trees to grow at a slant on a mountain face, comparing the angle of the cloud layers against the angle of the trees makes it pretty obvious the photo's been altered.

That said, I certainly wouldn't call the actual angle of ascent a flat surface, it's better than 45 degrees. And I'll say this too, although this photo isn't telling the truth, I'm positive this bike -- and a lot of other dirt bikes -- can and do climb angles even more extreme. Two-strokers are just ballsy machines, no two ways about it, this has got 50cc's more displacement than my old KDX and that green machine was a BEAST.

I'd go Awesome, but the electric start feels like a ploy to rope in a buying demographic with slightly deeper pockets -- a feature meant more for the sales floor instead of the mountain or brush. Add to that the PR stunt with the doctored photo, which is just silly, and this drops from an Awesome to a Cool.

With Christmas weekend and New Years on the calendar, I thought maybe this needed a bump...
