Just introducing myself here.
I ride a 1974 cb360 I bought five years ago and have been working on ever since (with much success-- after languishing for years before I bought it, it's pretty much a daily driver now).
The 360 is a great bike because it cost me $400 and there were so many sold that I can find parts in any motorcycle junkyard, and there are potential parts bikes in garages and barns all over the US. Plus, as my first bike, it's nice that I can access and disassemble just about any part on it without worrying too much.
It still has some problems (currently backfiring and an underpowered charging system which I've temporarily given up on) and I'll probably be seeking your vast communal knowledge on these forums.
