Exhausts

What is a good slip-on exhaust for my yamaha vstar? found lots of manufactueres but have no idea how they will sound on the bike, or whether the quality if good or not.

Altho my spousette and I don't have V-Stars we both have after market exaust systems . She has Cobras and I have Jardines and we are both happy as can be with what we have . Hope that helps some .

Guess I should have mentioned that ours are not slip ons but full exhaust systems.......

Cobra is good but a lot of ppl swear by jardine. I think you can listen to sound clip at Cobra (hint: pretty loud but not deep rumbling). I have Roadhouse 2 into 1 on my V-star thou.

My spousettes Cobras have a lot more bass , but my Jardines are louder and sound a hell of a lot meaner.............. :laughing:

Mine Roadhouse is sweet rumbling sound, whatdayacall "mellow sound" not too loud to hurt your/other's ears and not to bother neightbor in the morning when you go out or at night when you come back :lol: .

I have 2005 v-star and put on vance and hines and they sound great I was worried they would be too loud, but not at all,
