Insurance

#1 Unread post by denunciation »

Would it not be a good idea to have a forum related to insurance? I know this is one of the major expense for riding and could be a valuable tool for members to discuss rates and customer service of the insurance companies.

That is an interesting suggestion and thanks for suggesting it. There are many forums a topic like this could fit into, but you are suggesting a whole seperate forum just for insurance, right?

thats what i think he means. And i back him up in that i have many a question about insurance and am never quite sure where to put it. Like whats a SR22 form, ways to get discounts, who is the cheapest, combineing all of that information into one area would be cool.

That is a good idea. Maybe a sticky thread would do ? I would further suggest tho that it be broken up into insurance for Canada & insurance for USA. Since they seem to differ greatly.

I can do a USA Motorcycle Insurance Q&A sticky and a Canada Motorcycle Insurance Q&A sticky in one of the forums if that is what everyone is suggesting... If so I will bring it up with the moderators about it and get their opinions as well.
