I have some memory patches on my vest . Does the same thing for me . Really sounds like a hell of a way to cash in on someone elses grief .

Maybe it's a nice tribute to a loved one for the customer and all that..... yada, yada, yada.... whatever gets you through the day....

But the guys who came up with this idea and process and then marketed it are money-grubbing sleaze. Period.
No Witnesses.... :shifty:

Capitalism trading on human emotion, you need nothing to remember loved ones, until you get Alzheimers. But by then it's too late anyway. Good morning Darling, help me please, am I getting in the bath or am I getting out?

The whole idea of wearing a dead person on my body in any way is disturbing. I think I will stick to pictures to remember people. Plus, I am too cheap to buy somebody a real diamond so I sure as hell ain't gonna spend all that money to buy a fake one.

Think MONEY. Someone else did! And they probably didn't think about anything (or anyone) else.

I might be apt to have some of my hubby's ashes mixed with tattoo ink and then used for a memorial tattoo design, but I wouldn't spend a ton of money to have someone make my loved-one's dust more "acceptable" looking by turning it into a jewel. Besides, isn't the reasoning behind the high price of a diamond the fact that it takes so long for a diamond to occur naturally? That they are rare stones? It really is just a huge money making scheme. I suppose it must be okay for a lot of people though - I've seen a couple of stories on this just recently.

Cheers,
Loonette
