Ignition removal

I have lost my only key to my 99 Yamaha R1 and need to replace it. I have called around all over Houston and everybody need the key code. In order to get the key code, the ignition has to be removed. I am not seeing anyway to remove the ignition (no hex, phillip or flat head srew). The only scews I see are ones that are smooth out. Any suggestions?
