A sad day...

#1 Unread post by Keyoke »

Well, although it's just been sat there for 5 months while I've been playing on the XJR, I'm still feeling more than just a tinge of remorse that I have finally said goodbye to my beloved V-max.

I'ts had to go to pay off the XJR ,but really wish I could have kept it!

oh well, will get another one someday....
Don't give up.

Not now, not soon, not after being continually knocked down.

If you never give up, you can never truly fail.

I just got rid of my first bike, the '82 Honda Nighthawk 750. Did 13,000 miles on it and swore I'd never get rid of her, but I can only have one bike where I live now. :( I was sad, but at least one of my managers has it, and I still get to ride it here and there.

Seemed like a nice enough guy - he owns a bike shop, so knows what he's on with... (he did say this is for him and his g/f - rather than to sell!)

I know.

I'm going to miss her too!
