kool boots n mitts
dont know about those jeans though
I use draggin jeans (cargo pants) they have kevlar sewn into them, one of the advantages of kevlar is it doesnt store energy/heat so when ya slip n slidin on your arse across the road ya shouldnt get burnt up, im hopeing this steel in your pants doesnt quickly heat up as regular steel does, im sure it prolly doesnt.

its not actually steel.
Its kevlar. the "steel" part is just the name.
its basically their version of draggin jeans. Kevlar in the butt, and knees.
Should suffice for now. Wanting a decent pair of armored textile or leather pants by the time summer hits, but those were a lil out of the budget at the moment.

I think the steel is just there to help hold the fabric in place, resist some of the shredding...
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
