I'd say there are a handful of people on this forum that have studied in the Engineering/Computer Science fields that would know what that is and it would probably strike them as soon as they saw it. But then again it is possible for someone to just follow the link as you said and take the title and mention it to look like they knew what it was. Either way, doesn't matter though, not like there was a prize offered or anything. :P
