i think the old addage- "its not wrong till you get caught" applies.
i dont make a practice of lane splitting but on occasion i have been known to (esp. if theres not turn lane to turn right at a stop light i split the curb and traffic to turn on red) i live in TN
Is lane splitting legal in Ohio?

I wish it was legal here in TX but last I've heard the bill was shot down.
If there was a way to prove that lane splitting wasn't as dangerous as people think it is, that'd be nice.
But something about a motorcycle passing within a huge gap between one car and the next just makes people angry/nervous/whatever.
