Maine doesn't have emmisions laws. And there are a lot of rednecks. Who all drive 20 year old trucks. ugh. I hate this state.

I don't mind mechanical smells. What gets me is when you are tooling along and the person in the car in front of you is wearing so much Cologne or Perfume that you can smell it so many meters behind their car. WTF is up w/ that!?

For some reason, almost any Ford diesel's exhaust fumes will make my eyes water and take my breath away. Real stinkers, they.

+1000!!!

The only real medical problem I suffer from is migraines. And they can be a real blitch, I've considered ramming knife into brain during bad ones, just to make the pain stop. And the only definate trigger I ever identified is heavily musky perfume. I rarely go into banks anymore, as they tend to be full of people wearing such offensive stinkwater. Thank God for ATM's.

Want to ban smoking in public? Fine. But this stuff should be banned as well.

I am not a red neck, but I drive a 74 chev pick-up. I feel for the driver that has to wait for the green lite when parked behind me. Some times when I run the a/c and I am parked I get some fumes myself. Even my bike exhaust smells. I will not give up my old autos until they (epa) makes me.
