And if you're looking for new, don't. Not if it's your first bike. You'll probably end up beating thing in all kinds ways from learning to ride. It'll make you cry when you scratch your 'brand new baby'. Not to mention, used will be cheaper.

i put mine on a credit card. specifically a credit card with no interest until 2007 by then i'll have it paid off or paid down so interest wont kill me.
sometimes if you make a big enough down payment you can get financed, or try going to a bank or credit union for the cash. good luck my friend.
