:welcome: to the friendlist motorcycle community* David! :D

The ZRX1100 is a fine bike, I personally love the image of it. Any ideas what you might get next?

Tanoshinde!

Mike.

Welcome. I'm one of the resident ZRX riders on this forum. You sold a fine bike. Hard to beat I think. What features are you looking for in a bike? Touring (FJR 1300, Concours, ST1300) naked (SV650, z1000, 599, fz6) racing (crb, zx, gsx) cruisers (Vulcans, Shadows, Star) - and I'm leaving out off-road, dual purpose and so many more. I think how much you ride, the amount of time per ride, and where you ride narrow down these choices.

8) I have a short list of bikes to consider. A zrx again, or a new yamaha fz1. i work in a harley dealer so i might buy a new efi sportster and bore it out. but resently i saw a guy who put a hayabusa motor into a zrx frame. looked good, i think i might what to give it a go to. Im poor. motorcycle mechanices arent a rich lot. i got tools and skills, but not a lot of cash. i might prowl the actions for some cheap wreaks and see what comes up.

Sounds cool. I think the coolest stuff is doing something yourself anyway. It is the hardest way to do it, but it is the most rewarding and you will be able to say with pride that it was all your doing. Keep us posted on your bike of the future.
