Til you've owned a V-Twin bike (Sportbike, since that's your obsession) Shut it (Really, if you ever get the chance, you need to ride an Aprilia RSV-R. K? ) If you want anyone to take you seriously, you gotta speak from EXPERIENCE man!!
yeah, i'd test ride a Vº twin sportbike if i can.

i just won't buy one to test one.

After giving it another look, I think "the guppie" would work as well.

the nose is really ugly but other than that... it's not so bad in terms of design.

It's great that someone is making the effort, and I'm sure everyone wishes them well, but...it's like that little Korean SV650 clone that's out there right now, built by Hyosung - sure it's cute, and looks the part...but...why? When you know for certain what you have with the SV650 at a similar cost?

Unless I missed it, I didn't see anything about price...and the reality is, it would have to undercut the worst example of a japanese/Euro litrebike (whatever that would be at the time) by thousands of dollars I would think, just to give people a reason to make such a leap of faith. Is that realistic?

That, or it would have to represent a substantial leap in performace over the leading existing sportbikes. Is that realistic?

I hope it works out. If it does, I can't wait to see how they do it!

Some people will buy it just because it's "American made"

That's exactly what this company is counting on. Alot of people make descisions w/ their heart, not their head.
