drive through a puddle...thatll cool them down...or just hold your front brakes, and squawk the rear tires..smoke them at each stop and they'll be toasty warm all the time!

you could allways get some sort of flame thrower tail pipes.....

fill them with warmer air if you want them to stay warm or colder air if you want them to cool off faster

What?

Anyway-

So many variables involved. However, Thermodynamics will teach you that as you approach ambient temperature it takes longer for you to reach it. Look into Newton's Law of Cooling a bit and you'll be able to work out the rate for your tires after a few experiments.

You'll also have to add in the fact that things like asphalt are generally hotter than the air, the windspeed (pushes the "pocket" of air around your tires that is insulating it from the rest of the air away allowing newer cooler air to come and thereby reduce the heat faster), and most likely a few other features like the insulating effect of the rubber.

I don't have much experience in it with sport bikes.

Depends a helluva lot on the tire too. In general, race tires will warm up alot quicker (And conversely, cool down alot quicker) than street tires.
