This may be harsh, but it's a little late in the game to worry about conditioning. What shape you're in is a direct reflection of your personal discipline. If the coach sees you're out of shape, as a senior, he'll wonder why you haven't been working since the end of season last year to get into shape. Does it take actually having a roster spot to motivate you?
