I wonder if the cop even tried to give a chase.

I thought at first that was why he was slowing down. I bet the plan was to meet up with his friend until he saw that cop car.

He didn't circle around. If you watch the video, he gets off at a cloverleaf entrance to another freeway... he's trying to get out of the area ASAFP.

I've seen this video a few times... anyone notice what speed he was doing?

170+ mph.

That cop probably about dodo himself when he saw that on radar. I would...

Right, that's what I thought at first as well.

But the landscape and the bridge area on each take look the same.

And I think you can see another police car going the other way, kinda blurry but it seems to have the rave rack up top.

I agree with Kal. He was wobbling a little to begin with, and took a second when he first started riding. Anyone can twist a throttle on a fast bike, and make it go fast. All he had going for him were the balls to go fast and weave through traffic.

I think it was more of "Dude just ran from a cop and copdidn't seem to notice" than "Check out his mad skillz!"
