Headed to Osaka!

#1 Unread post by Shorts »

Well, time for a little R&R - DH and I are headed out for Osaka. Unfortunatrly, not on the bikes, but since the typhoon is expected to hit, we're not too bummed about it.

See yall at the end of the week. Hopefully I'll have some interesting pics.

ps, did you know there is a Ramen Noodle museum?? And ramen here is a cuisine compared the travesty that ends up in the States

I've actually wondered how real Ramen tastes. It looks delicious on TV and crap with pork and noodles and chicken and all that mixed in.

By the by, I slept through Geography so, where's Osaka? Still in Japan I guess?
Have fun on the open /¦\

Real ramen is excellent. The only thing I can compare it too is think of how youmight like your favorite chucken soup or some-such. And the ramen tastes the best when you're a little cool or a cloudy day. Goood stuff!

Osaka is due west of Tokyo. It is a about a half hour train ride from Kyoto.
