The Love Ride, the largest one-day motorcycle event in the world, will run Sunday from Glendale to Castaic Lake.
The annual charity ride, led by grand marshal Jay Leno, raises money for the March of Dimes, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Reading by 9 and Hurricane Katrina recovery programs.
The ride will start at 7 a.m. at Glendale Harley-Davidson and end at the Castaic Lake Recreation Area. Actors Peter Fonda and Robert Patrick are honorary marshals, and Willie G. Davidson is honorary chairman of the ride.
There will be an afternoon concert at Castaic Lake. A $75 donation is asked of each person - $70 for those who register by Friday online. The money will cover the concert, trade show and dinner, with profits for charity.
To register, go to www.loveride.org or visit Glendale Harley-Davidson.
