I was looking online for something to prevent this

and i found a product call cat crap that is supposed to work really well. Anyone used this before? Also, i found a place where i can get a fog-free face shield. Anyone have any experience with that shield? Which option would i be better off with?

I can't see the image you posted, but it sounds as if your visor is fogging up. I was having a really hard time with this, and used an anti-fog additive that came with my helmet. It's worked fairly well, but I've heard you have be careful what you put on the visor so you don't ruin it.

A thin coating of washing up liquid is supposed to work but I ride with my visor up most of the time at low speeds so I've never had occasion to try it.

The problem with anything you wipe onto your visor is that it will constantly have to be reapplied.

A visor liner works very well. I prefer the "ProGrip" brand over the Fog City one.

Why not Fog City?
I have used them for years and have not fogged up once.

That, and it wears off unevenly. You get patches of fog from where you might have touched the visor or missed a spot while applying it. Definetly not the best solution, but it's one of the choices.

I've got a Scorpion EXO 700 helmet with a no fog faceshield. Works like a charm. The problem is my glasses fog up. I've found that dishwashing soap or any kind of liquid soap works for a while. At least long enough for me to get out of the driveway, and moving.

I'm considering getting contact lens just for this reason, but don't know if they'll help or not. (I know they won't fog, but I wear bi-focals. I'm an old man.) I'll talk to my eye-doctor next time I see him.

When I used to play paintball years ago, the companies that produce paintball lenses had huge problems with people complaining about the fogging. After a couple years, they came out with these 'inserts' that are the kind of static-adhesive plastic that you can just stick onto glass and stuff without any need for glue or anything, with an anti-fog coating on one side. A company called JT made them mostly when I was playing, I've toyed with the idea of using them, but so far I've had very little problems with fogging like that. Look around online and see if you can buy a package of them to try out. Can't be any worse than smearing the inside of your faceshield with soap, chemicals, or whatever else you try.

Clean surfaces fog less.
