but sadly thats has a small chance of happening.. that would be AWESOME to see thoDennis316 wrote:who the hell cares about the 0-60 on the F1 car its obviously not that great if its even with a 10 thousand dollar bike, after i say 60 or so the f1 car just starts raping, i would like to see a bugatti veyron take an F1 car on a standing mile...THAT would be interesting...also, F1 cars arent set up for straights although they do run high 8s....i would pay money to see ghostrider race an F1 car or a bugatti veyron up to 170mph on a turbo busa...now THATS a race!
I was thinking the Y2K could hold its own but it would need a rider with big cajones to rev it up to the 52,000 rpms needed to hit its peak power output. (320 hp and 430 lbs torque) On that bike, each horsepower has to carry about 2.1 lbs. For most F1 cars, each horsepower has to carry about 1.9 lbs. A motoGP bike has about 2.0 lbs per horsepower (including rider).JCViper528 wrote:Forget that, pit it against the MTT Turbine bike.
This video shows how the F1 would dominate on a racetrack. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LmZB6cVbjjI

I think Jay Leno had his up to half throttle which means pretty huge speed. If he spun out in a Porsche race tuned car then I guess he's got some balls. Plus he's the only person I've heard of with that bike.isnowbrd wrote:I was thinking the Y2K could hold its own but it would need a rider with big cajones to rev it up to the 52,000 rpms needed to hit its peak power output. One thing you can count on: You push a man too far, and sooner or later he'll start pushing back.
