Hellbound Steel's Wicked Chopper Blasts off 2007 with R-Max USA by
Roadmax Transmissions
Friday, December 8, 2006 - R-Max USA Press Release

December 7, 2006 - Ontario, CA - For 2007 R-Max USA by Roadmax
supplies all Wicked Choppers with a right side 6-speed transmission
for Hellbound Steel Motorcycles. Hellbound selected R-Max USA by
Roadmax for its consistently easy shifting, product reliability and
quality workmanship.

"Owners of our custom production Wicked motorcycle expect to find
neutral easily and to smoothly shift through the gears after they
blast off from a stoplight," said Mike Molloy, President of Hellbound
Steel Motorcycle. "Not only does the R-Max USA by Roadmax uphold the
drive train portion of the Hellbound Steel experience, we use their
products in all of our 300 series motorcycles."

The Wicked is a one-of-a-kind, low, long and mean chopper built with
an ideal rake and trail that delivers superior handling. The front end
is 22? over, the rake in the neck is 48 degrees and the trees have 6
degrees for a total of 54 degrees. The down tube stretch is 4? and the
backbone stretch is also 4?. The standard Wicked package includes a
show polished S&S 117? motor, 300 rear meat, 6-speed R-Max by Roadmax
transmission, digital speedo and R-Max by Roadmax 3? open belt drive
system.

"The Hellbound Steel experience is a look that stands alone,"
commented Molloy. "It?s functional, edgy and not politically correct.
We aren?t prime time, we?re good times. Our band is lead by Mike
Salyer, VP of Production. The Hellbound Girls follow the band and get
the party started. We thrive on partying, riding and wet t-shirt
contests. At Hellbound we don?t have a party, we are the party."

Each Wicked Chopper is fitted with a right side drive 6-speed
transmission that utilizes a 2.94:1 1st gear ratio, 2.21:1 2nd gear,
1.60:1 3rd gear, 1.23:1 4th gear, 1.00:1 5th gear, and .86:1 overdrive
gear ratio for 6th gear. Internals consist of SAE8620H precision cut
full width gears with increased dog area. They are back cut and
diamond media blasted for a very smooth and quiet operation.

The shift forks are made from heat treated ALBC3 alloy, which gives
the forks superior strength. Used in combination with the proprietary
shift drum, it offers enthusiasts smooth positive shifting and longer
reliability.

"We began our relationship with Hellbound Steel by manufacturing front
ends and open primaries for all of their motorcycles," said Jaz
Zbiegien, Sales and Marketing Manager, R-Max USA by Roadmax. "We?ve
built on that success and are proud of their decision to run our
transmission on the 2007 Wicked."
