I know I'm a little behind on this, but, I have all my vents open and my sheild, when closed, will fog to the point of blindness if I leave it shut. There's alot of good ideas here, and I've been thinking. Expensive or not, it'll be worth the money to know I can see when I'm riding. Plus I recenlly ended up loosing my voice because of the cold air. Time for some acton here.
Honda, Harley , Kawasaki. Two wheels are two wheels...watch out for your fellow riders.

If you actually ride in fog there's not much that will stop the visor from misting over. I've ridden in fog so heavy it was worse than getting soaked in the rain. My clothes were soaked completely through.
Scorpion helmets are good at preventing fogging when they're new. But after awhile they no longer stay as clear, even after properly cleaning the visor.

It's not the bike but the experience.
I recently installed a Fog City insert on my faceshield. The next morning as I rode to work, I was a little disappointed that I was still fogging up. Then I realized that it was my d*mn glasses!
Wish Fog City made 'em for my spects.

hey!
this is what i do since i'm poor and can't afford fancy schmancy defogger!
-crack the faceshield just barely.
-blow your breath down across your chin instead of breathing out normally.
-breathe slowly.
hope this helps! (and saves you money!)

I thought I was the only person that didn't either just put up with it or apply something to the shield. I'm also very cheap on rare or short term issues.Mag7C wrote:hey!
