MILWAUKEE, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harley-Davidson, Inc.
(NYSE: HOG) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a cash
dividend of $0.21 per share for the fourth quarter of 2006. The dividend is
payable December 28, 2006 to the holders of record of the Company's common
stock on December 22, 2006.

doing business as Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Buell Motorcycle Company
and Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc. Harley-Davidson Motor Company,
