52yrs old/35 yrs licensed/20+ yrs riding/(Greater) Vancouver BC Canada/$1300+ for full coverage (Had to use two different insurance Companies to get it that cheap.) It would have cost over $2000 using the Gov. Insurance Compny for the whole works, and that's with a 40% discount...   :frusty:

Im not doing a comparison, Im just wondering how much people pay.

IcyHound wrote:27, -1 year lisenced, ex500, northern va, paying about 450 a year for full coverage.

Oh wow. This just shows how expensive cali is. I've been licensed for 10 months and insurance for a ex500 or a gs500 would be about $1800 for me with 1000$ deduct and min. coverage everywhere else.

25 (26 next month) / licenced 3 years / Honda CB400T / St. Catharines, ON / CAD$770 but my renewal coming this June will be CAD$677 :D

I'm only insured for liability, no fire and theft because my bike isn't worth that much.

i've been using the wrong companies for quotes.. AAA, geico, and progressive are just way too much... State farm will insure me on a 05 CBR 600RR for just $800.

Those CBRs and the like are going to be a pretty dramatic jump from that 200 you had........

So be careful.
