My first customers fabrication

So heres my first job, I had to change the whole swinging arm cause his orignal one had a large gouge in the side were his exhaust was mounted wrong, and damaged it, I allso had to shorten the exhaust 3 inches because of the damage to the exhaust as well.
I had to make up the exhaust hanger and footrest spacers and give the bike a oil change, all for $300 canadian....too cheap I guess, but I wanna build my self a rep,

very nice :D . But what is that white PVC looking thing hanging out the side (sorry im not a bike or auto mechanic only an industrial line mechanic).
