wow thats kinda flawed logic isnt it? I mean if I was unliscenced and/or uninsured I sure as hell would make sure to stay at or below the speed limit and do nothing illegal.

I was just reading in a magazine that one state has been having a huge problem with this. Not only are they unlicensed and uninsured, but they don't even have a plate on the bike.

eh stupid is as stupid does I guess lol. Hmm wonder if they are riding around looking for plates to steal lol.
