1984 V65 Magna

#1 Unread post by rtherio »

I'm having trouble with my V65,
When riding and trying to speed up, I crank it and it feels like it's not getting enough gas, it just had a tuneup done on it, carbs clean and syncronized...so they say...

Any ideas?..Thanx

If there is nothing obvious, like a rag in the airbox or something, take it back to the guy who 'tuned' it up. Politely let him know what the issue is and ask him to look at it again.
No Witnesses.... :shifty:

+1, sounds like dirty jets. Check to see if he replaced your hoses and inline fuel filter because if you have any ethanol gas they will erode and leave a jelly like substance in the carbs.
