Delay in gas to power ?
When I give my motoryclce gas, it takes it a sec or two for the engine to respond.
For instance, if I'm in neutral and all of a sudden I give it some gas, for about a second, it'll be like I haven't touched it, stays the same sound and all, and then revs up.
It's like it's delayed or something.
This happens on and off with it.

Is this bike under warranty? That would be the best solution right now.
Jets are parts that regulate how much gas your engine gets and carbs mix the gas with air and the jets are in the carbs and you really should invest in a service manual for your bike if you plan on working on it yourself.
Trying to explain how to check/adjust these things right now would probably get you into more trouble than you got right now. A service manual and some googling for home mechanics sites will help you understand what is happening to your bike for any future adventures yo have.
