What are where you when to "came back" to riding?

Ok, you had a bike at one time, but for one reason or other (ie started a family) you decided to come back to riding again. What age were you when you become a born again rider?

If dirt bikes count, I use to do that a lot during my early teen years. Looking back, I was in great shape from pushing that 250lb bike 3ish miles each time I ran out of gas, which was often.

Mid Life Crisis

#4 Unread post by BugZ »

I'm going to keep my eye on this poll. I'm betting that the winner of this one will be the 46-50 or the bracket just lower than that. Coming back to riding after a time aways seems to be a popular mid-life crisis choice.

Stopped at 33, started again at 47.....but long prior to starting again, I was looking at the bikes on the road and thinking......hmmmmm........why not?
Always ask why.

Hmmm. I must've missed this thread the first time around.

I started at 18 and haven't been without a bike since (46 now). Oddly enough, I currently only have one bike. Haven't had just one bike since I was 18

The purpose of a mid-life crisis is to push you into buying a motorcycle. Believe me, I know. Mother nature has kindly engineered our biology that way.
