pics?

so how do you insert pics?? i tried the [img]***[/img] with the complete URL to my pics on my yahoo pic site, but it just came up as all text when i viewed it. it was a copy and paste from the address bar, so no typos...any ideas??

Were the pics ".bmp" files? This forum only accepts JPEG and GIF images.

nope, they were all jpegs. ill do a quick example to show you..

Just kidding! You were trying to post a web address as an image, not the image itself. I cut-and-pasted your link into my web bar and went to the site, then extracted the picture and uploaded it to PhotoBucket.

Also make sure the image URL address has the .jpg or .gif extenion after it.

like:

Works: www.yoururl.com/mypic34221.jpg

Doesn't Work: www.yoururl.com/mypic34211
