motoGP

#1 Unread post by iwannadie »

anyone watching the motoGP going on. amazing what these bikes can do considering alot of people here think a 250cc bike is no thing more than a toy ;)

i love the laguna seca track, that cork screw is crazy. i played it alot in video games (forza!) cant imagine actually on a bike taking it at those speeds.

still makes me want to get a little 250 or 125 and do some track days on it just to see what its like.

The only motogp I've seen this weekend is litre bikes. Was there 250 coverage? I only get speed channel. BTW Nickey won!

I didn't catch any of the smaller bikes, I watched the big ones though. Andthe AMA race before it. Honestly I lost interest in the MotoGP race when Hayden ran away. The FIA is the kind of organization that would let the american win, hoping that people would start getting excited about it. The AMA Superstock race before it was sooo good. It just stood out in the MotoGP race that everyone wasn't pushing. Maybe it was just my imagination.

I did watch it......from the field in the middle of the track! T.V. does it no justice. The place was a zoo when Nicky brought it home. GREAT WEEKEND!

Yer home!

Bruce, it was great to meet you and Cal and hang with you a bit. Thanks for sneaking us into the paddock. I looked for you on the hill Sunday, but couldn't find you. Must have something to do with several thousand people...

By the way, not many of my pics turned out very well, but I'll try and get them sorted and post a few tomorrow.
