Wow - from the side you can't even tell there are giant cylinder heads sticking out the sides - or that it has those kookie headlights.
At least the lights are cute. My headlight is a gigantic thing... especially compared to those tiny offset little things.

You know - i don't have anything to complain about with the dealer. They are really a great bunch of guys. But it only has a 4+ gallon tank - they could have shipped it full.
But as far as complaints go - and given the $$$ off the price of the bike - it is really a very small voice that ventures to say that. I mean I'm sure if I mentioned it at the dealer they'd be like 'And how much did you pay for that bike? And what is the list price?'
Hehe, but I felt I had to vent that to someone other than my wife as she gets bored and starts chanting things like:
"bike bike bike bike bike biiiikke bike bike biiike bike bike'
I think that means she's done hearing about the bike, bike stuff and anything remotely to do with bikes.
I think... I never was all that good about reading women.

Ha ha, yeah, I got a pic of its most flattering side. To be honest, overall, I still think it looks better and more purposeful than BMW's current big standard, the R1200R, which looks incredibly bland.

He wants sport bikes banned. His argument is that more people are killed on (or by) sport bikes than any other class of bike. Well, duh! But, that's no reason they should be banned. Anyone who would agree with me already knows why, so I won't get into that.
I just can't stand people who go around trying to ban things, simply because they don't like it. Ugggh.

A very strange person. He suggests that because other people's risks are higher in doing a specific activity that they shouldn't do it.
The only thing that a higher risk activity indicates is that it has higher risk. If his personal risk tolerance is lower than the risk in the percentages... He shouldn't ride those types of bikes.
For other people - his article isn't indicative of anything.

The guy is twisted, left the following on his comment section, be interesting to see if allows it to be posted.
And now the drama queen rants against sport and super sport bikes, Christ you are one spiteful FUBAR'ed individual,
News flash drama queen, it's not the bikes but the riders. Squids will be squids, they always have been and always will. This was true when my Paternal Grandfather raced bike at Brooklands in the UK back in the late '20's and 30's.
If you want to really reduce the carnage on the roads, then push for mandatory training, a graduated licensing scheme along with HP restrictions for new riders such as they have in the UK, which is set at 33 HP. That way new riders can get their 600RR's or higher but not access all the HP until they have mastered riding.
Oh one last point queenie, the fastest growing demographics for rider deaths and injuries is not the 20-something RR squids, but old farts such as myself in their 40's and 50's who get back into rinding after a 20 or more year hiatus, and the majority of them prefer your "safer" cruisers.

Dude's a moron. I'll bet alcohol and cigarettes kill more people in a month than sportbikes in a year, I haven't heard much from the ban beer or ban smokes crowd.
