Cone Filters for Cb360

I just bought a CB360 and it needs a little work on the carb.
The spark plugs keep fouling and I wanted to add COne filters to help the engine breath a little better.
Anyone have any advise. I believe its 39mm Dia.
I figured i have to rejet the carbs so might as well change the old filters..

Pod-type filters in general tend to make a bike hard to jet correcty at all speeds. Once you remove the airbox and expose the intakes to pressure (therefore density) variations, jetting can become rich or not without control or warning. The airflow whipping around the bike and rider can create a low pressure area right behind the engine (where the pods are), or not, depending on speed, rider position, crosswinds, animals lodged in the frame, all kinda things. So getting the jetting right in first gear may not mean it is always right in 5th.

An airbox may be more restrictive (or not, some are very well designed) but it gives the carbs a constant mass of air to ingest, with much less variation than open pods do.
